> Section 59 of the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040) provides that the persons so employed (or whose services the Director or Solicitor makes use of) may be referred to as officers or employees, or members of staff, of the Director or Solicitor. Section 47A of the [Constitution Act 1902](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1902-032) precludes the Director and Solicitor from employing staff.
