#### 17 Provision of information to Director 17 Provision of information to Director > > (1) If a prosecution for an offence has been instituted by a person other than the Director and— > > > > > (a) the Director informs the person that the Director is considering taking over the prosecution, > > > > > (b) the Director takes over the prosecution, or > > > > > (c) the person considers that the Director should take over the prosecution, > > > > the person shall furnish to the Director the relevant information or material. > > > (2) The relevant information or material is— > > > > > (a) a full report of the circumstances of the matter, > > > > > (b) a copy of the statements of any witnesses, > > > > > (c) each material document in the possession of the person, and > > > > > (d) such other information or material as the Director requires.
