sec.41 Review of Act and operations of office
The Minister must review the effectiveness of this Act and the operations of the Office of the Director of Child Protection Litigation as soon as practicable after the end of 3 years after the commencement of this section. As soon as practicable after finishing the review, the Minister must table a report about its outcome in the Legislative Assembly.
