sec.30 Other employment limited
Other than under this Act, the director must not, without the Minister’s consent, engage in any work relating to— the protection or rights and interests of children and young people; or an adult who has been charged with an offence against a child.
- (a) the protection or rights and interests of children and young people; or
- (b) an adult who has been charged with an offence against a child.
