97 Directions to the System Administrator
(1) The Minister may give written directions to the System Administrator about the performance of the System Administrator’s functions or the exercise of the System Administrator’s powers. (2) A direction under subsection (1) must be of a general nature only. (3) The System Administrator must comply with a direction under subsection (1). (4) A direction under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
