140 Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal

(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions: (a) a reviewable decision made by the decision‑maker for the reviewable decision personally; (b) an internal review decision made by the decision‑maker for the reviewable decision under subsection 139(1). (2) An application under subsection (1) may be made only by, or on behalf of, an affected entity for the reviewable decision. (3) Subsection (2) has effect despite section 17 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
