115 Arrangements relating to staff

(1) The staff assisting the Digital ID Data Standards Chair are to be: (a) APS employees in the Department whose services are made available to the Chair, by the Secretary, in connection with the performance of any of the Chair’s functions or the exercise of any of the Chair’s powers; or (b) APS employees in another Department of the Commonwealth whose services are made available to the Chair, by the Secretary of that Department, in connection with the performance of any of the Chair’s functions or the exercise of any of the Chair’s powers. (2) When performing services for the Digital ID Data Standards Chair, the staff are subject to the directions of the Chair.
