105 Appointment
(1) The Digital ID Data Standards Chair is to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument.
Note: The Minister will be the Digital ID Data Standards Chair in the absence of an appointment under this section (see the definition of Digital ID Data Standards Chair in section 9).
(2) The Digital ID Data Standards Chair is to be appointed on a full‑time or part‑time basis.
