104 Directions to the Digital ID Data Standards Chair
(1) The Minister may give written directions to the Digital ID Data Standards Chair about the performance of the Chair’s functions or the exercise of the Chair’s powers. (2) A direction under subsection (1) must be of a general nature only. (3) The Digital ID Data Standards Chair must comply with a direction under subsection (1). (4) A direction under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
