61 Board to give notice of significant events
If the board forms the opinion that matters have arisen—
S. 61(a) amended by No. 10/2017 s. 25(2).
(a) that may prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of the business objectives of Development Victoria and its subsidiaries (if any) under the corporate plan; or
(b) that may prevent, or significantly affect achievement of the targets under the plan—
the board must immediately notify the Minister and the Treasurer of its opinion and the reasons for the opinion.
