51Y Development Victoria may enter agreements for payment of charges under this Division

(1) Development Victoria may enter into an agreement with a person liable to pay a general charge or an infrastructure recovery charge for the payment of that charge.

(2) An agreement under this section must provide that the charge is to be paid to Development Victoria within a specified period of time and may provide for payment by instalments.
