#### 111 Application for protection of commercial‑in‑confidence information (1) An application under Part 3, 4, 5 or 6 of Chapter 2 or Part 3 of Chapter 3 may be accompanied by an application that certain information given in accordance with that Part (other than section 34) be treated as commercial‑in‑confidence information under this Part. (2) The giving of information, or the production or giving of a document or copy, under section 34, Part 7 of Chapter 2 or Part 4 of Chapter 3 may be accompanied by an application that some or all of the information or of the contents of the document or copy be treated as commercial‑in‑confidence information under this Part. (3) An application under subsection (1) or (2) must be in writing in the approved form.
