SECTION 293
(MRCA Instrument No. 5 of 2004)
DETERMINATION OF SPECIFIED RATE PER KILOMETRE
- I, DANNA VALE, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs determine that the specified rate per kilometre for the purposes of section 293 of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 is 47 cents per kilometre.
2. This determination commences on 1 July 2004.
