9.01 Other particulars to be entered in the Register
For paragraph 111(2)(e) of the Act, the following particulars are prescribed: (a) the address for service of the registered owner; (b) the name of each other person who has an interest in the design; (c) the designer’s name; (d) if a statement of newness and distinctiveness was included in the application—that fact.
