3.01 Minimum filing requirements
For subsection 21(2) of the Act, each of the following requirements is prescribed: (a) the application must include information that indicates that what is filed is intended to be a design application; (b) the application must include information that: (i) allows the identity of the applicant to be established; and (ii) allows the applicant to be contacted; (c) the application must include a representation, or information that appears to be a representation, of each design.
