#### 45 Registrar must notify applicant of registration and give public notice (1) This section applies if the Registrar is required to register a design under this Act. (2) The Registrar must enter in the Register the particulars mentioned in section 111, to the extent that they are applicable. (3) The Registrar must issue a certificate of registration to the applicant. The certificate must satisfy the requirements prescribed by the regulations. (4) The Registrar must publish a notice stating that the design has been registered. The notice must satisfy the requirements prescribed by the regulations.
