#### 144B Directions by Registrar for filing of documents (1) The Registrar may, by writing, give a direction specifying the form in which a document is to be filed under this Act or the regulations. > Note: See also paragraph 149(2)(aa) (about regulations). (3) The Registrar must publish a notice, in accordance with the regulations, setting out the direction. (4) A direction under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
