144AApproved means of filing documents

#### 144A Approved means of filing documents (1) For the purposes of section 144, the Registrar may, by writing, determine one or more means for filing a document with the Designs Office. (2) The means may be an electronic means or any other means. (3) The Registrar must publish a notice, in accordance with the regulations, setting out the determination. (4) The Registrar may, in a determination under subsection (1), specify that one or more means for filing a document with the Designs Office are preferred means. > Note: Under the regulations, reduced fees may be payable for filing a document by preferred means. (5) A determination under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
