115 Amendments of Register made to give effect to certain decisions
If: (a) the Registrar decides to revoke the registration of a design under section 50, 52 or 68; or (b) a court makes an order revoking the registration of a design; the Registrar must make an entry in the Register stating that the registration of the design has been revoked and that the design is taken never to have been registered.
