##### 5B Application of Act (1) This Act extends to each of the following: (a) each external Territory; (b) the Australian continental shelf; (c) the waters above the Australian continental shelf; (d) the airspace above Australia, each external Territory and the Australian continental shelf. (2) An application for registration of a design is not receivable under a law (other than this Act) in force in Norfolk Island.
