##### 38AA Registration of legal personal representatives
Where an owner of a registered design has died, the Registrar shall, subject to section 38A, and notwithstanding section 34, on the application of the legal personal representative of the deceased owner, if he is satisfied that the legal personal representative is entitled to be registered as the owner of the design, register him accordingly.
