##### 35 Inspection of register (1) The register shall be open to the inspection of the public at all prescribed times, on payment of the prescribed fee. (2) If a record of particulars is kept by use of a computer, subsection (1) is to be taken to be complied with, to the extent that the register consists of those particulars, by giving members of the public access to a computer terminal which they can use to inspect the particulars, either on a screen or in the form of a computer printout.
