27Registered designs open to public inspection

##### 27 Registered designs open to public inspection (1) After a design has been registered, the application for registration of the design, the representations of the article to which the design is applied and any statement of monopoly or statement of novelty in respect of the design shall, subject to this Act, be open to public inspection. (2) Where a document referred to in subsection (1) is a document that is open to public inspection and that document has been or is amended, that document as so amended is, subject to this Act, also open to public inspection.
