##### 26 Certificate of registration of design (1) If the Registrar decides to register a design, he shall enter in the register the prescribed particulars relating to the design, and shall issue to the applicant a certificate of registration in the prescribed form. (3) The certificate of registration shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein, and of the validity of the registration.
