##### 20A Withdrawal of application (1) An application for the registration of a design is to be treated as having been withdrawn if, and only if, the applicant lodges at the Designs Office a written notice of withdrawal signed by the applicant. (2) A written notice of withdrawal may be lodged at the Designs Office by leaving it at, or delivering it by post to, the Designs Office or a sub‑office.
