#### 63 Review by Civil and Administrative Tribunal 63 Review by Civil and Administrative Tribunal > A person aggrieved by any of the following decisions may apply to the Tribunal for an administrative review under the [Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-076) of the decision— > > > (a) a decision of the Secretary to refuse registration, > > > (b) a decision of the Secretary to suspend or cancel registration, > > > (c) a decision of the Secretary to refuse an application to vary registration, > > > (d) a decision of the Secretary to impose, or vary or revoke, a condition on registration, or on the suspension or cancellation of registration, > > > (e) a decision of the Secretary to vary registration, > > > (f) a decision of the Secretary to refuse an application for the cancellation or suspension of registration. > > Note. > > In this Act, a reference to registration of a person includes a reference to recognition of a person as a registered practitioner.
