#### 56 Offence of contravening condition 56 Offence of contravening condition > A registered practitioner (including a former registered practitioner) who contravenes any of the following is guilty of an offence— > > > (a) a condition of the registration (other than a condition for which a different maximum penalty is prescribed), > > > (b) a condition of a suspension or cancellation of registration. > > Maximum penalty—600 penalty units (in the case of a body corporate) or 300 penalty units (in any other case).
