#### 35 Specialist work only carried out by registered specialist practitioner 35 Specialist work only carried out by registered specialist practitioner > A person must not carry out specialist work unless— > > > (a) the person is a registered specialist practitioner and the person’s registration authorises the person to carry out the specialist work, or > > > (b) the person is authorised by the regulations to carry out the specialist work. > > Maximum penalty—1,500 penalty units (in the case of a body corporate) or 500 penalty units (in any other case).
