#### 13 Declarations by unregistered persons 13 Declarations by unregistered persons > A person must not make a principal compliance declaration unless— > > > (a) the person is a registered principal design practitioner, and > > > (b) the person’s registration authorises the person to provide a declaration as to the matters to which the declaration relates. > > Maximum penalty—1,500 penalty units (in the case of a body corporate) or 500 penalty units (in any other case).
