#### 102 Personal liability 102 Personal liability > > (1) A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the following persons does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purpose of exercising a function under this Act, subject the person to any action, liability, claim or demand— > > > > > (a) the Secretary, > > > > > (b) an authorised officer, > > > > > (c) a person acting under the direction of the Secretary or an authorised officer. > > > (2) However, any such liability attaches instead to the Crown.
