#### 44 Offence—soliciting disclosure of protected information A person commits an offence if: (a) the person solicits the disclosure of information from another person; and (b) the information is protected information; and (c) the disclosure would constitute a contravention of section 34 or 43. Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years or 120 penalty units, or both.
