#### 11 Payment of dental benefits to persons who incur dental expenses (1) Subject to this Part, dental benefit in respect of a dental service: (a) is payable by the Chief Executive Medicare on behalf of the Commonwealth to the person who incurs the dental expenses in respect of the dental service; and (b) is to be paid in such manner as the Chief Executive Medicare determines. (2) A determination under paragraph (1)(b) may provide for the amount of dental benefit to be paid to the credit of a bank account in such circumstances (if any), and subject to such conditions (if any), as are specified in the Dental Benefits Rules. (3) Subsection (2) does not limit paragraph (1)(b).
