13 Restriction of proceedings in respect of service of members etc. of visiting force
Proceedings shall not be brought in any court with respect to: (a) the pay of a person in respect of his or her service as a member of a visiting force or of a civilian component of a visiting force; (b) the terms of a person’s service as a member of a visiting force or of a civilian component of a visiting force; or (c) a person’s discharge from the service of a visiting force or of a civilian component of a visiting force.
