72 Evidential certificates
(1) The Minister may certify in writing that a notice under subsection 14(1), 14B(1), 15A(1) or 15B(1) was in force in relation to a specified person and specified matters on a specified day. (1A) The Secretary may certify in writing that a notice under subsection 14C(1) was in force in relation to a specified person and specified matters on a specified day. (2) In any proceeding, a certificate under subsection (1) or (1A) is prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
