67 Notices, permits and approvals under this Act

(1) A notice, permit or approval required or permitted by this Act to be given to a person must be given to the person by one of the methods prescribed by the regulations. (2) If a notice, permit or approval is given to a person under this Act by one of those methods, then, for the purposes of this Act, the person is taken to have received the notice, permit or approval at the time prescribed by, or worked out in accordance with, the regulations. (3) This section has effect despite any provision in the Electronic Transactions Act 1999.
