66 Applications under Part 2 or 3

(1) An application under a provision of Part 2 or 3 must: (a) be in the form approved by the Minister for the purposes of that provision; and (b) contain the information required by the form; and (c) be accompanied by any documents that the form requires; and (d) be accompanied by the fee (if any) prescribed by the regulations. (2) The Minister may request an applicant to give the Minister such additional information as the Minister considers necessary to enable the Minister to decide the application. (3) The Minister may approve in writing a form for the purposes of a provision of Part 2 or 3.
