46 Occupier to be informed of rights and responsibilities
If: (a) one or more authorised officers enter premises under section 41; and (b) the occupier of the premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at the premises; one of those officers must, as soon as practicable, inform the occupier or other person of the rights and responsibilities of the occupier or other person under Division 5.
