24 Register of Brokers
(1) The Secretary is to maintain a register, to be known as the Register of Brokers, in which the Secretary includes the following details for each registered broker: (a) the name of the broker; (b) the day on which the broker’s registration is due to end; (c) a statement as to whether the broker’s registration is subject to conditions. (2) The Register is to be maintained by electronic means. (3) The Register is to be made available for inspection on the Department’s website. (4) The Register is not a legislative instrument.
