#### 74 Orders for compensation after offence (1) A court that: (a) finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act in relation to another person (whether or not the court imposes a penalty); or (b) makes a civil penalty order (within the meaning of the Regulatory Powers Act) against a person for contravening a civil penalty provision of this Act in relation to another person; may order the first person to pay the other person such compensation as the court thinks reasonable. (2) An order under subsection (1) may be enforced as if it were a judgment of the court.
