72K Conduct of dispute resolution processes
(1) A person’s participation in a dispute resolution process may be: (a) voluntary; or (b) for a compulsory conference—required by a direction given to the person under subsection 72L(3). (2) Persons engaged in a dispute resolution process must act in good faith in relation to the conduct of that process.
