#### 67 Amount of loan or guarantee (1) The amount of a loan made, or guarantee given, to a member must not be more than the amount (the maximum loan amount) prescribed by the rules. (2) If more than one loan is made or guarantee given to a member, the sum of them must not be more than the maximum loan amount. (3) The rules may make provision for and in relation to the indexation of a maximum loan amount.
