#### 60 Postponement etc. not to be taken into account for purposes of statutes of limitations etc. In working out the deadline imposed by a statute of limitations or other Commonwealth, State or Territory law for bringing actions or pursuing other remedies in respect of a liability to which this Part applies, the following periods are not to be taken into account: (a) the period while the time for making payments is postponed under this Part; (b) the period while proceedings, or proposed proceedings, are stayed under this Part.
