#### 37 Overview of Part (1) This Part applies in relation to all kinds of defence service. (2) Essentially, the Part: (a) requires a body administering an educational institution to make reasonable adjustments required because a member enrolled in a course at the institution is rendering defence service; and (b) allows a member to re‑enrol in, and resume, a course that was interrupted because the member rendered defence service.
