19 Hindering fellow partner from serving in Reserves

(1) A person who is a partner in a partnership must not hinder or prevent another partner in the partnership from: (a) volunteering to render defence service; or (b) rendering defence service. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.

Penalty: 30 penalty units.

(3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) is liable to a civil penalty.

Civil penalty: 100 penalty units.
