#### 99 Redress of grievances—time for making complaint The amendment of subsection 41(2) made by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the amending instrument applies: (a) in relation to a decision to end a member’s service that is made on or after the commencement of the amending instrument; and (b) if the decision relates to conduct of the member—whether the conduct occurred before, on or after that commencement.
