#### 93 Transitional—appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal made, but not determined, before commencement (1) This section applies if: (a) an appeal or application (the old appeal or application) was made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal under the old regulations before the commencement day; and (b) before the commencement day, the old appeal or application had not been determined under the old regulations. (2) Despite the repeal of the old regulations by Schedule 2 to this instrument, the old regulations continue to apply in relation to the old appeal or application as if the repeal had not happened.
