#### 76 Use of prohibited words or letters
(1) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person uses prohibited words or prohibited letters; and
(b) the use is in connection with:
(i) a trade, business, calling or profession; or
(ii) an organisation or body of persons; and
(c) the use is not in accordance with a consent obtained under section 77.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) Strict liability applies to paragraph (1)(c).
