#### 68TE Minister may declare protected defence area For the purposes of paragraph (k) of the definition of protected defence area in section 68TA, the Minister may, by legislative instrument, declare an area of land, sea or airspace in Australia, to be a protected defence area if the Minister reasonably believes that it is in the interests of the defence of Australia or national security to make the declaration.
