#### 68P Provisions subject to monitoring under the Regulatory Powers Act
For the purposes of subsection 117AE(1) of the Act, the following provisions of this Part are prescribed:
(a) section 68C;
(b) section 68D;
(c) section 68G;
(d) section 68H;
(e) section 68L;
(f) section 68M;
(g) section 68N.
