68H Hazardous objects
(1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person brings into, or has within, a defence aviation area an object; and (b) the object is hazardous to: (i) aircraft; or (ii) aviation‑related communications, navigation or surveillance; and (c) the person does not have a valid approval under section 68K to bring into, or have within, the defence aviation area the object.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person uses an object in a defence aviation area; and (b) the object is used in a manner that is hazardous to: (i) aircraft; or (ii) aviation‑related communications, navigation or surveillance; and (c) the person does not have a valid approval under section 68K to use the object in that manner in the defence aviation area.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
